Our firm is committed to resolving all feedback and complaints in a fair and timely manner. Below is our resolution process:

[Customer submits complaint]
           ↓
[Acknowledgement within 3 working days]
           ↓
[Internal investigation and resolution]
           ↓
[Propose resolution to customer within 14 working days]
           ↓
[If unresolved, initiate mediation within 21 days of complaint]
           ↓
[Referral to CASE Mediation Centre if mediation is unsuccessful]

Mediation & Alternative Redress

If the issue remains unresolved after our internal investigation and mediation efforts, we will refer the case to:
